My first visit to a Five Guys outlet: the location is great and is accessible from inside the mall and outside. The location doesn't have a drive-through but it's fairly close to the parking lot. The staff I met on my visit were friendly. My order was served fairly quickly, but there weren't many customers anyway. I ordered a standard "all-the-way" cheeseburger ("all-the-way" refers to the standard version of the fillings/toppings of the burger - you can customise it). The patties were juicy but lacked flavour. Overall, I felt like the items of the burger didn't blend very well, so everything stood out individually. The bun was flavourful but felt soggy and was falling apart. The interiors are nice and consistent. The styling feels thematic and the music is pop, groovy and always on. Will update if I visit again.

An interesting take on custom assembly line fast food! The stock being stacked up in the main dining area is a cool concept! They offer a big variety on the menu and are very quick to assemble your order. Prices are on the high end for what it is. A refreshing change from the mainstream market.

Tried for the first time after hearing mixed reviews, and it is expensive and mid at best. My burger was a mess, falling apart, and had pickles when I didn’t ask for them. Also tried the Cajun fries and they were very salty and soggy, not my style of fries (I prefer crispy fries). The location is also extremely loud, a lot of yelling and loud music, so we decided to eat elsewhere. If you’re okay with paying for an overpriced mid burger, this is the place for you.
