I ordered off the site from this store. They gave me the wrong order. No big deal. Called the number on the receipt. They confirmed it was the wrong order and to go to the restaurant and exchange it for my order…. I went in to get my correct order. I was giving the manager to speak to. I explained that I received the wrong order. I showed her what I ordered on the app and what I received. She then told me she couldn’t give me my correct order because it wasn’t her fault. She then proceeded to walk away from me. I didn’t get my food, she took back the wrong order and never refunded my money (over 50$). She was rude and I’m absolutely never returning to this business again. Unfortunately one bad employee can ruin your evening, I do a treat meal for my kids once a month and this was it. what showed up was two meals and what I ordered was for four. So in the end, McDonald’s ended up stealing my money and I wasn’t able to get my kids their special meal of the month. Shame on that store manager .

My daughter found a small (luckily dead) bug in one of her nuggets. We ordered a 20pc nuggets and my 2 daughters were sharing them. Now they are absolutely traumatized over it. I've been trying to contact the store (McDonald's Paradise) and can't get through. I still have he evidence on hand and a photo as well. Not good

I just went through the drive through with my boyfriend and we ordered our meals as-well as 5 mayo packets, and, 2 spicy habanero’s. we checked our bags and noticed we only received two mayo packets, and no spicy habanero. We waited in the drive through to for them to come back and give us our sauces, but the lady blatantly ignored us. So, my boyfriend went into the store to ask for our sauces and the lady said “I hate when you people lie”. The phrasing of that seemed quite offensive in itself, but she then proceeded to roll her eyes and then go to get us the sauces only when he took everything out of the bag to prove we didn’t have the sauces we ordered. This was quite a negative experience today, however the food was good and tasty as usual…
