I had a really positive experience at this McDonald's location recently. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and that I had a pleasant experience. I was very impressed with their customer service skills. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Very incompetent on getting orders correct, I thought that I hit the jackpot this morning when I pulled out my hashbrown that's usually missing but no my excitement was crushed when I opened my Everything EGG BLT Bgl and there was no EGG. You are better off taking the extra 5 minutes and going to Topsail rd. They always get it right.

First of all and I promise I’m not racist but holy shit stop hiring people who don’t speak English just because it’s cash in your pocket because the government gives you money for hiring foreigners…. The Indian lady working the drive through had the line backed up because she doesn’t speak English and she got my order wrong. Quarter pounder with cheese and one without…. And both had cheese, and my partner has allergy restrictions. Meaning he could not enjoy this meal and unfortunately money wasted. Please do better…. ( night staff )
