This was the 3rd time I've found a long hair in my burger. The 5th time to call and let them know about it, with about 4 of those times they get angry at US for telling them and then them hanging up on us abruptly. even if we tried calling back, they refused to answer for the next hour. A few times in the drive thru in the past few months, they've also started rushing our orders. not letting us complete our sentences and interrupting us. I can understand needing to park people to get your times down, but rushing and interrupting your customers is really rude. This was my boyfriend's favorite location and they've been declining in customer service over the past year. I don't know if the manager sees this attitude, but its clearly how the whole staff acts when no one is paying attention.

I usually have to resort to coming here after work as it’s one of the only places open to get food. The food is usually OK, but the staff is the problem. They are usually nothing but rude, especially the Manager on the night shift with the pink hair. As someone who works in the industry, I completely understand that it can be hard dealing with people. But that’s no excuse to be rude to someone just for the simple fact they decided to come to your restaurant. Do better.

TERRIBLE! both service & food! Had to park & wait for our 'fast food' order! Three cars that drove up after us got their food 1st! We only ordered 2 sm fries & 3 burgers-no drinks. Went back in to get our money back! Poor management!!! This was during 'lunch' time. You would think they would be faster at this time of day. NOT going back! Pic of the burger thrown together!
