Man… what an experience I had tonight. Walked in and wanted to use a coupon for a free fry with a drink and two McDoubles - was told that’s 14$. Didn’t sound right, told the husky high-pitched voice man to check it and he said it was right. I decided to leave but went in to just get the supervisors number - and all of a sudden the order was down to 8$. He was EXTREMELY rude to me while I was trying to stay civil with him, and he was some sort of shift manager. I decided to leave because of his attitude, as he blamed ME for making the mistakes, said that I “took off” before he could fix it as if I didn’t ask him to check! Like I’m not behind the counter, I can’t check for you 😂 I’ve had decent experiences before, but it’s clear that dude is NOT cut out for a job in service, and definitely not as a lead representative of your store. Edit: Upped the star count as the store supervisor contacted me to make it up to me - much appreciated.

I knew it should've went to hooksett but this one is closer to my house. The lack of care from the workers does not make me want to come back. Forgotten items, I asked politely for the things I paid for, the kid was less than impressed and tossed the items to me. Won't be going back.

I Personally, I'm not a fan of McDonald's. I just went there to fill my stomach which was probably not good. Just had open hot surgery in my food taste really weird. Only place around.
