What in the actual $@^* is this?! You call this food?! Pathetic. Not to mention I was forced to wait in the drive-thru for 25 min because the dining room was closed before 10:30pm and on top of that I had placed a mobile order for faster service. The soft taco was just as bad. The potatoes were burnt with very little cheese sauce on them. I asked for tomatoes on the side never received them. This is not the first time this location has sucked. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Will be contacting management. Way to expensive for such $#*//% quality! Back when tacos were like a buck, they were filled. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! 😡🤬😡🤬

This place checked all the boxes, in a bad way. The food took forever, employees hardly acknowledged our presence or said anything about the delay, order was missing several items, they didn't give us any napkins or sauce, and the food was also pretty cold even once it was ready. Then the place was also pretty dirty. It wasn't super busy and there were lots of employees around, so no real reason for this was evident. This is the worst Bell I've been to.

Service is slow got a quesadilla just cheese was barely any cheese on it and they didn’t even cut it. My 6 soft tacos no lettuce all ended up having lettuce and I was given about 8 fries all dumped in the bag -_- not happy….
