This is a pretty good location. They're usually fast, and efficient, good customer service, and rarely get the food order wrong. It's pretty clean inside also. I honestly don't have any complaints about this location and come here all the time, not just for convenience but because they're pretty reliable. They don't throw your food together and 9/10 the fries are hot.

I come here 2-3x per week. Lately the app doesn't recognize coupons and says the items you're using a coupon for isn't even in the cart even when it 100% is. The last 2-3x when I go through the drive through they just manually input the order and then scan the app and give me the discounted price so I can also get my points. Tonight this arrogant smug guy comes on the intercom around 12:30AM claiming he's a manager saying it's my apps problem and not his so he won't honor it. Cool. Waste of a drive. Didn't get food from them. Won't be going there again. Horrible customer service. Last time I checked the app is a Wendy's app and privately owned or not they should be honoring since this is still a franchise and they work in uniformity. Lost me as a customer. Never again. Service outright garbage.

My only problem is when u select dine in they bag everything up and the floor manager said when most people ask to dine in they take it out. Isn't the say the customer is always right so if I asked for dine in please until I come in and ask for a different service don't assume there are times when customers don't want to sit a work nor in their vehicle to eat lunch and want relax now here pulling out of a bag I didn't bargain for and let alone it was packed sloppy with the food falling out of the wrapping.
