This place has the worst customer service ever. I went there, ordered my food through the drive-thru, and they asked me to pull over to the side while they got my order ready. I did so, but waited for over 30 minutes. I saw one of the workers bring out food to the car next to me, which arrived after mine. I went inside to see what was taking so long, and the cashier told me they had already sent out my order. I told her that was impossible because I was still there. She called over the guy who brought the food; they said something in another language, then he looked at me and laughed, as if I weren't a paying customer. I said it wasn't funny; I had been waiting for 30 minutes, but he just walked off. Very rude and disrespectful. At that point, I just asked for my money back. Sadly, this is not the first time something like this has happened. I will never go there again.

i’ve had a horrible experience here I went there. I ordered my food, me and my brother both got a vanilla frosty and my brother took a couple of bites and he found a THICK piece of white plastic in his frosty he went back to the register received a new one to replace the one that had the plastic in it. Now, i’m eating my frosty took a couple spoons and I find the same type of plastic that was found in my brothers frosty it had sharp ends and I even think that i swallowed some of it because my throat started hurting right after. I went to go report my problem to them and I see a lady there reporting the same problem that me and my brother had she found plastic in her chocolate frosty. I feel uncomfortable knowing that me , my brother and the lady could’ve ate such thing and i believe I’ve swallowed a micro piece of the plastic. This is a very unsettling experience and I will be taking further actions.

Used to be much nicer, but when they duct tape the latch for the bathroom door instead of properly fixing it, it does give a lot of confidence that they keep other things in check.
