My first time trying Jollibee, The service was good. The food. Nahh. I couldn’t eat it chicken was tender cooked through but flavor wise not for me. The pineapple drink a bit sweet for my liking. The place nice and clean the workers attentive.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the size of the chicken in the 6-piece bucket I purchased recently. As a regular customer who buys from Jollibee almost every week, I’ve noticed a significant change in the size of the chicken pieces this time. Every single piece in the bucket was noticeably smaller than usual, to the point that they were barely larger than a peach mango pie. When I inquired about this issue at the branch, the staff insisted that this was the normal size. However, I am very familiar with the typical portion size, and it was clear that these pieces were much smaller than what I’ve received in the past. I’ve even taken a picture comparing the chicken to the peach mango pie for reference. As a loyal customer, I’m very disappointed with this inconsistency. I hope this issue can be addressed, as it affects the quality and value of your product. I look forward to your response and hope that steps will be taken to ensure better quality control in the future.

Everything we got was good! I really enjoyed the spaghetti, the adobo rice, the peach/mango pie, and the pineapple coconut pie.
