So I ordered a dbl whopper and my fries where immediately put the bag waiting for the burger which the manager asked for no less than 4 times and while I waited I asked for my fries to be exchanged for the new batch that was just dumped. The manager obliged which is why the service was good but once I got home it was a single whopper and didn’t have extra pickles as I asked. I then forgot the drink there on the counter and I assume no one noticed, my fault. But not paid almost $15 for a dbl and got a single. I threw my receipt away so couldn’t even go back and was miles away when I noticed. Not a great experience and I love me a dbl whopper but not sure I’ll return anymore. Wendy’s around the corner from my house.

The route 9 , Lakewood branch is usually my location of choice as food and service are usually good .On 2/7/25 did not experience the "have it your way" concept as I ordered a double cheeseburger and onion rings meal and was told that "it is not offered".Confusing , as slogan states "have it your way.". I left the drive through and proceeded to another burger destination down the road . I prefer your burgers , but please have staff be a bit more accommodating. Thank you

I made an order and it was supposed to be ready at 8:11. I even got there later than I was supposed to, and when I arrived, I kept on asking for my order, and the personal was useless, ignoring me and not even trying to help after a while trying to understand that i was ther to pick up my order they then proceed to START my order I left the place at 8:50!! And I understand that it takes time to make the food, but 40 minutes ? And when I get home to eat my food, the fries don't have any seasoning. The reason that I like Burger King is because of the fries, and now I have to throw them out because they are disgusting. I don't like to complain, but if I pay for a service, the least that I would expect is to get good service and good food.
