I have never encountered such a poorly managed restaurant. The staff members are completely indifferent to everything and everyone. There is an elderly woman who seems to act as if she owns the restaurant. All the orders are prepared and left waiting while several drivers are standing outside, yet no one seems to care. I sincerely hope that the restaurant management takes this complaint seriously, terminates those responsible for such behavior, and hires people who genuinely need the job. I will not be returning to this establishment.

White Castle is White Castle is White Castle. Same thing I expect for the past 40 years. The food is typically fresh. I ❤️ the Mozzarella sticks! Best in the NJ fast food market 😋

African American lady with long dreads/braids working the night shift tonight 12/17/24 was completely disrespectful. I drive Uber eats and was simply asking her questions about the order I was picking up and she completely blew me off and told me to cancel my order and slammed the door shut on me. I literally didn’t do anything, I feel like she was having a bad day but that was no way to treat anyone
