Good night I’m a concerned customer on 12/26/24 I ordered food I understand this is a fast food restaurant but every fast food restaurant should be clean professionals handling food with care down to the bags everything I ordered should be clean cooked properly packaged properly and safely….. i drink all of the soda so I had a little left so I decided to finish it up for some reason something told me to look down what I see in my cup is peace off packaging Styrofoam inside my cup know what this means someone is not doing there job properly this is unacceptable and not healthy

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. All of the workers were nasty and rude, so unprofessional. The rudest of all was the short Hispanic lady working the drive-through and the tall white Hispanic manager. They were talking about us behind our backs in Spanish; thank God my friend spoke Spanish and understood what they were saying. I don’t feel comfortable sharing what they said on the internet as it’s inappropriate, but that should tell you enough. I almost forgot the black cashier that was giving us the nastiest look known to man and refusing to talk to us when we asked how much longer for our order. The staff at this establishment need some serious customer service training, and dare I say, some are beyond saving and need to be fired. I’m going to report this establishment to corporate, and you should too. Go to Chick-fil-A and they will show you amazing customer service and no sass and attitude like the workers of this McDonald’s. Seriously, this establishment needs new workers and managers. Stay far away.

We were in the neighborhood on Christmas Day and there was no store open except McDonald’s. It has been a while since my last visit and our experience wasn’t bad. The safety procedures were planned and executed properly. We used the order kiosk for contactless purchase and it went smoothly. We had 2 large coffee (Latte and Mocha), an egg sandwich and a cinnamon roll. The food was decent and kind of exceeding expectation which was a surprise. Our favorite was the cinnamon roll, which was served warm and soft.
