If I could give this place less than one star I would. I had the pleasure of speaking with the guy Eric that used to run this store. Amazing guy. He explained to me why and how he got fired and I for one feel like he did the right thing. Why pay someone for not working. Whoever fired him is an idiot. Now this store can’t get it together for anything. I will not be returning ever. We want Eric back!

I order in the app for ASAP pickup, then leave my house for pickup giving the kitchen my commute time to make my order. This location is the slowest. It consistently takes 20-25 minutes to make a 44 oz of tea when I order ahead for pickup. I only order drinks, not food. I also go to the location on Menual that is further away, but is a shorter trip overall. The Menual location will have my tea ready to go at pickup but this location waits till I’ve been there for 10 minutes before the app says the kitchen is working on the order. Then another 10 minutes to get the order. I keep forgetting this location is slow else I wouldn’t keep getting trapped at sonic for half an hour.

This was a while ago I apologize but I come here often everytime consistently I have gotten the fastest hottest amazing food from here everyone who works here are hard workers and kind who take custom service really serious and are absolute professionals I’m so grateful to the people here and should absolutely get paid more. Thank you guys always for your incredible and kind service. Next time I’ll try to get names but everyone I’ve ever came up to the window has been amazing.
