I ordered at this Wienerschnitzel location at around 8:13 PM tonight Thursday 9/26 Through the walk up window. I was wearing a red shirt. I walked up to the window because the drive-through line was long. I walked away to go smoke and literally only took no more than 3 minutes. When I walked back up he looked right at me while he was pouring ice cream out of the ice cream machine. I ended up standing there for around 10-15 minutes more and he kept looking at me. Finally, another customer came, and he opened the window and took their order. After he took their order, I told him I have been waiting for 19 minutes and asked him how much longer on my order? He responded with, I was calling for you, but you were too busy smoking then he handed me my order and then he tried shutting the window on my face. I was completely shocked when I knew he had seen me standing there, but he was trying to be malicious and left me standing there because I did not come RIGHT when he called me. I obviously did not hear him. I knew there was something wrong with this man when he was friendly at the beginning with me, but when he walked away to get my drinks, he was hollering at a woman employee in Spanish. He sounded very mean I couldn’t believe that he was that mean to her. This man watched me stand there for all of that time while my food was getting cold because he wanted to be mean! When I started to ask him, so my food was just sitting there. He kept trying to close the window on me which that is what really made me even more upset. I asked him for his name and he would not give me his name so I took a picture of him and included it in this review. This is not the way people should be treated. I stood there being patient watching them, knock out the whole drive-through line, and he even seen me just standing there patiently waiting when my food was already ready. If I heard him yelling for me, I would’ve walked up and asked for my order. I wasn’t purposely ignoring him. I felt bad for them because I seen how busy they were, and I was just guessing that they were short staffed and to be honest, I was a little bit afraid to ask him if they had forgot about me because of how mean he seemed and truly did not want conflict. Now that I got home and I am writing this I literally feel like crying. I don’t understand why people have to be so mean to each other? I am guessing he is a manager, but I’m really hoping that he’s not. This is not the way you guys need to be represented. I have been coming to Wienerschnitzel since I was a child And every time I have come, it has always been a very good experience. I really hope that you guys can see the cameras and coach this man. Thank you for your time.

This isnt my favorite place to eat, I like the number 3. I usually just come here with my grandpa because he likes it and it's a good treat for him. He would give it a solid 5, but I think the food and service are good. They don't use cashiers to take the drive thru orders anymore. They have an AI voice activated thing that is pretty wicked, and effective. I actually hope this becomes standard, because it's never not once gotten my order wrong. Not once! Never had to repeat myself, nothing. Its actually crazy how efficient this thing is. And the cashiers that hand me the food and take my money are always friendly and super cool. Probably cuz they have less stress from not having to have that stupid microphone in their ear. I got tricked into working a drive thru once, and I'll never do it again. Screw that. Thank God for AI eh? This is probably one of those tasks that nobody is going to get mad at automation replacing LOL working the drive thru just sucks SO much. I think the ice cream is over priced considering you can't even get a "large" size on some of them. Sonic is pulling the same BS now too. I don't get it but whatever. But all in all it's a good place. The Chilli is a bit fakey but it's good for your guilty pleasure cheat day thing you know. With a little shake, fries. Yeah that hits the spot. What I dont like is that there isn't a proper place to sit down and eat. They're like a little shack with outdoor seating, like old school hot dog stands. So eating ice cream and Chilli dogs in your car isn't fun. And neither is eating outside, especially in the summer or winter. But I've nothing negative to say, that's more of a design flaw. Has nothing to do with the location specifically . I think this place is managed extremely well.

Food was good came out hot and fresh. It's small so only walk up and drive thru so it takes some time to get your order if it's busy. Overall had a good experience the food could have been wrapped better but that's just nit picking see Chile cheese dog as reference.
