Ordered lunch. Got home. Chicken fries meal. They gave us really old fries and chicken fries. Chicken fries were hard as a rock as we're fries. Went back, they fixed the Chicken fries but left the original old fries in bag. We go there a lot. My daughters favorite place. This isn't the first time this has happened with this team. Future shoppers, If the female team is working there buy your food, haven't had any issues with the food when they're working. If the guy team is working, don't buy from here. This team doesn't take pride in their work and will serve you whatever and don't care, it's just a job to them. When I pull up and I see this team, I will go somewhere else and advise you do the same.

This is my Go-to BK for much needed good fast burger. The GM and the staff are so great! All welcome me every time. We laugh and smile together. I’m a loyal customer. They let me have it my every time and actually make me feel like “I rule” as corny as it may sound. These are my people.

I ordered door dash and the medium fries I ordered wasn't in the bag. Burger king seals their bags so nothing was taken out. I have tried calling them atleast 20 times and they never answer the phone. Shame on them for taking my money and not giving me what I ordered. They really should make this right.
