Yesterday's lunch was much better and accurate. Sadly though I got an email from JIB corporate to reach out to clear up my previous 1 star review. The links just sent me to the generic feedback website and I have not received any further contact from JIB corporate. Well they suck at follow up is all I can say. The local restaurant is pretty awesome.

Me personally, I am not one to complain, however, enjoying a burrito and halfway I find a long black hair inside practically fused with the burrito is a bit concerning. (Mind you I have bleached blonde hair) I was able to pick up the burrito with the single strand of hair. I believe this restaurant is great, but hairnets or something need to be heavily enforced so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Antonia did help me out and issue a refund, which I do appreciate. So customer service isn't the issue here
