I placed a mobile order online. When I arrived to pick up my order. The guy at the microphone the drive through was so kind. I told him my order number. My mobile order number and proceeded until the second window. As he told me to when I get to the second window, the guy is holding my order hostage, asking me if I paid at the last window and I showed him my phone explaining that I had already but He made my payment and begged him to give me my food before it gets cold. Because his just standing there, holding my food telling me, I needed to pay at the first window, like the first guy told me to go to the second window. You guys don't communicate together. I will never return.

We come here to take a brake on our bikes and it’s been great every time. Food is fresh and very clean inside. We never do drive through even in the car. Take some time people and go in and grab a bite. Never have a problem with service.

I made a lifestyle change in October of 2023, and for this reason my trips to McDonald's lately have been few and far between. This particular day I needed a quick and easy spot for lunch on the go, decided to get a 10 piece nugget and a coke zero. (Admittedly, there are much healthier options, but that isn't what this post is about.) McDonald's mobile app with curbside pickup is fantastic with the speedy service, employee delivered my nuggets, but no coke zero. I told the employee that I paid for a Coke zero as well, to which the employee promised to come back with my drink.... The employee never came back. This would be odd except for the fact that this same scenario has been repeated by 3 different employees at 2 different McDonald's restaurants in my area. (See other review.) Why is McDonald's refusing to bring my coke zero. I witnessed several others with normal sugary drinks. Is McDonald's purposely refusing to offer healthier options? Sure the coke zero was on the menu, but nobody is bringing it to me after I've paid for it. Very disappointed and very suspicious that McDonalds has ill intentions
