I made a lifestyle change in October of 2023, and for this reason my trips to McDonald's lately have been few and far between. This particular day I needed a quick and easy spot for lunch on the go, decided to get a 10 piece nugget and a coke zero. (Admittedly, there are much healthier options, but that isn't what this post is about.) McDonald's mobile app with curbside pickup is fantastic with the speedy service, employee delivered my nuggets, but no coke zero. I told the employee that I paid for a Coke zero as well, to which the employee promised to come back with my drink.... The employee never came back. This would be odd except for the fact that this same scenario has been repeated by 3 different employees at 2 different McDonald's restaurants in my area. (Second review to come) Why is McDonald's refusing to bring my coke zero. I witnessed several others with normal sugary drinks. Is McDonald's purposely refusing to offer healthier options? Sure the coke zero was on the menu, but nobody is bringing it to me after I've paid for it. Very disappointed and very suspicious that McDonalds has ill intentions.

Ordered two meals that should have totaled $12+tax. The screen in the drive through reflected only the two meals charged but when I got to the window they told me my charge was $18.31. Asked for a break down, cashier expressed the price of the two meals, I stated tax isn't $6 on $12. Cashier shrugged and said yeah I don't know, then just stared at me expectantly. I said I'm not paying until I understand the charges. Especially since I was paying cash. Manager came over and told me "some things are a hidden charge." Make sure you check your receipts and order is correct. After speaking to the manager and saying I only want what is included in the listed price of my meals, was told a total of $13.

Jeffrey was very helpful and delivered our food to us quickly. He was very personable and friendly while also making sure everyone inside got their orders expeditiously. I would recommend this McDonald's to friends and family.
