Terrible service, the staff that takes orders were talking to each other the whole time and didn't pay attention to my order, it's obvious that they don't know how to read orders, the food was cold, they didn't put toppings on my hot dog, they forgot my drinks, it was really a disaster, please, SONIC managers, really train your staff, I don't recommend this place, it's terrible that they take so long to deliver your order and they give you an incomplete and cold order, and the worst thing is ordering your complete food and they ask you what's missing??? and they get upset.

Save your time, go to the San Mateo location. Menaul always ruins my orders. Doesn't hear clearly about order detail simple as "NO Mustard" or "Easy Ice". The San Mateo location doesn't care for the "Easy Ice" but they're getting a bit better. I hope💯 Their drink mix is near perfection as well🤌🏼✨️

This location is fast, well staffed with ‘put together’ team members. The area isn’t the safest and unhoused people may loiter, but I’ve never felt concerned for my safety parked at this location. The staff will manage loiters while still being kind and showing humanity. I’ve never had an order issue or unpleasant team member experience. I did see tater tots fall from an order that was auto delivered, and can imagine they struggle to keep high quality on the good quite their high volume of orders. This location is busy! I only order drinks, so my experience is biased.
