Basically the burger, fries and ice cream were good and tasty. Cola is so-so. My wife said it was normal, but to me in other places it is less neutral (drinks with zero calories and zero sugar have a similar taste), and more tasty. The prices are the same as in other fast foods... so I can't say anything bad or good. Just fine. The workers were friendly and orders were done quickly. The place itself looks cozy, no frills, but it’s quite pleasant to be inside. ...But what was really bad, is the condition of the toilet. The urinal was clogged, the toilet in cabin had a lot of paper inside. This was the first time during my month in Canada that I saw something like that while visiting different places like cafes, restaurants and fast food.

Refused to accept my coupon for a free whopper even though I had completed the survey and had a qualifying purchase. Extremely petty and unprofessional never had this issues before with any other burger king location. Ruined my whole lunch plans and even when I went to purchase something else they refused me to participate.

Would be nice if staff could understand English language better plus converse in it so that a person could understand them. Do not misunderstand me. I'm all for immigration but if you have a retail job serving a majority of an English speaking public you should be able to talk clearly and understand the language. You screwed up my simple order and then blame me for your misunderstanding. I will not be returning to this location. You have lost me as a customer.
