Always takes a lot of waiting if you place an online order. Also had a similar experience when visited inside. They really need to work on the service. The drive through was still ok. The location is a big plus here. Plenty of parking spots.

Very bad experience, non - trained stuff and terrible customer service. When we arrived around 6pm, it’s pretty quiet, we ordered dine in, but they passed the kids a paper bag instead, I first time went to the counter and ask for a tray. Then we found there is no fries in the bag, we go asked again! When we back to our seat, my son realized they forgot to give us the cup for drinks, so we went to the counter for a third time! I am fine if you make mistakes, but most terrible thing is the employees who worked there, don’t care about their mistakes at all, no apologies, and rude…..

The harmonious atmosphere, clean environment, and happy McDonald's staff make me like back home. The only issue I worried about was the cleaning guy moving the garbage bags outside from the inside corner garbage counter, the inner door and outside door ( both staff only ) would be kept opening for quite a few minutes, and the cold air blew roughly into the sitting area. So, each time, at night when I go there, I always pray I don’t catch a cold.
