Today, I went to a location to pick up a delivery. It wasn’t my first time I go there regularly but I’m never satisfied with their service. On average, they take about 15 minutes to prepare orders, and they don’t even acknowledge delivery drivers unless we literally call them over, even when they walk right past us. Today, after waiting for 25 minutes, I had to call someone just to ask if anybody was handling deliveries because it seemed like no one cared. When I explained to a staff member that delivery drivers are paid per order, not hourly, and asked if they could prioritize deliveries as well, her response was shocking. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she simply asked for my order number. I gave it to her, thinking she would check on it, but instead, she told me she was going to call and cancel my order. She also said that if I couldn’t wait, I was free to cancel it myself. I was baffled rather than apologizing for the delay, she essentially told me to leave. It seems like they don’t care about delivery drivers simply because we’re not traditional customers. But they forget that we also buy from McDonald's and help promote their business. For someone in a management role to lack such basic customer service skills is disappointing. They really need to improve their structure and attitude toward delivery drivers. You can see in the photo how she is ignoring after i said plz say it on video what you just said so i could show it to your manger.

Ordered a firecracker mc crispy sandwich and gave me a wrong order. When I took that back to store the staff member showed so much attitude and not even a single sorry. She just made an another sandwich and throw away with bad attitude. Below picture shows how fast she throw that to me. All the topping on side. Seems like Rude and worst Indian staff.

Drive-thru centered. Don't eat in. They aren't interested in getting orders correct. Ordered two simple breakfast combos, received eat-in order in to-go bags, missing hashbrown & condiments, not given straws. No care given. I understand it's a fast food restaurant, but at least TRY to give customers what they ordered accurately
