It's a Lovely McDonald's as the community really depends on it socially and the Spry McDonald's seem to be community positive. Would really appreciate if the pop machine can be fixed as it's tiresome paying for a drink and it's warm and no ice available for customers....the disappointed on so many faces. 😞

Just got home from your McDonald's and these are my observations. Groups of young kids running around yelling and screaming and loitering. No staff to control the chaos. Do not let your staff sweep around and under people eating it is rude and not sanitary. Wipe your tables more often. Train your staff on better customer service skills, speed and the layout of the dining area and maybe a food handlers course as well. It took over 15 minutes to get a small coffee and two apple pies and I was at a table within direct view of the counter from a mobile order I did just as I walked in. The coffee was not hot and neither were the pies. The restaurant was nearly empty and two of the staff seemed to be just standing doing nothing and the one who brought me my order has no idea where he was going and I had to yell hello over here twice. No apologies, no thank-you and barely made eye contact. I live near this store but due to prior bad experiences I never go aside from grabbing a McFlurry every so often. I go to Quinpool or Mumford instead. Both are always clean and the staff friendly and competent. Please do better

This location has gone downhill over the past year. Night time, is slow. I go inside each time and the management isn’t fulfilling orders in order of sequence. It looks like a free for all. While I am critical, I worked at this location as a teenager, and I can see things that my supervisors wouldn’t have tolerated. Anyways, I don’t understand why this location is not as great in service as opposed to other locations.
