I had an unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s while waiting to pick up an Uber Eats order. Upon arriving, I greeted Sarah but was ignored, which already set a negative tone. After attending to other customers who arrived before me, the staff member handed me the order without any communication. When I mentioned that I wanted to place an order for fries, Sarah responded rudely, questioning why I hadn’t ordered earlier and insisting that I should deliver the customer’s order instead. What followed was an unnecessary back-and-forth where they repeatedly insisted that I deliver the customer’s order instead of letting me order fries. They literally told me "go deliver the order" like a boss. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude, dismissive and unprofessional. While I appreciate that they eventually processed my order, the overall experience left me feeling disrespected. I expect better customer service and professionalism when visiting a McDonald’s.

I got a bad Cajun Ranch Mccrispy and not enough sauce on it they argue that it was only with less sauce… cryspy chicken little burned…

I've started going to this location since I no longer visit the Lacewood location. This location is so much better on every level. While I'm sure there will be a day a mistake may happen with my order, because mistakes happen, they have not done so yet. It's a huge difference compared to the Lacewood location where almost every visit we had an issue with our order, sometimes more than once in the same order. I will continue to take my business to this location because of a job well done.
