I just had to take a moment to shout out Quan at the Burger King located on Boulder Highway & Major. His customer service is absolutely top-tier! Quan has the kind of energy that can brighten anyone’s day — always friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re in the area between 8 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday, do yourself a favor and stop by. You’ll not only get your food fast and fresh, but you’ll walk away with a smile thanks to Quan. He truly goes above and beyond, and it makes a difference! Thanks for making my day better, Quan — keep being awesome!

Ordered online through DD. It literally lists in app and on order exactly how many sauces are included and what they should be. This is the third time that zero sauces were included, and burgers were not customized how I selected. And OF COURSE the shale machine was down. Believe the other negative reviews. Just dont bother. This store seems happier the more negative reviews they get.

I’m here at this location as we speak. Waited for Nina to take our order for maybe couple of minutes. We seen the kiosk at the register so we figured we use it. Long story short, we didn’t see our order on the Order Screen so we got a little worried. The person who ordered after us on the kiosk behind us received her food before us as too! So that flagged me to get Nina’s attention. When I did get her attention she wasn’t too happy I stopped her from doing what she was doing. THEN she says they didn’t receive our order, it was just sitting in the Que waiting to be picked up. We waited over 6 minutes for NOTHING. THEN….. she says it’s going to be awhile because we order LUNCH ITEMS. Regardless if we order lunch or not, we shouldn’t have to be waiting this amount of time. Especially if there’s not one in the drive through or dinning room. Nina then said, she’s the only one working in the morning. Well, that sounds like a MANAGEMENT problem not a CUSTOMER problem. I hate to be a Karen this early in the morning but this is VERY UNACCEPTABLE! If I was a secret shopper, BK12775 would FAIL!
