On a recommendation we decided to stop by Tommy's and get their chili burger. The place was clean and pretty empty and the staff greeted us right away. We placed our order , got our drinks and sat down. The food didn't take too long but they had to cook and prepare it and it seemed like it was cooked fresh. The burgers were a little small but packed with chili. The flavor was good but it didn't wow me. The fries were the best part and id definitely go back for a large order of them. Next time I'll try a chili dog or something. Tommy's was decent but it won't be a regular stop.

If you're craving a classic burger joint experience, Tommy Burgers delivers. Their burgers are juicy and flavorful, with a satisfying char-grilled taste. The menu offers a variety of options, from traditional cheeseburgers to specialty creations. Don't miss out on their crispy fries and thick milkshakes to complete the meal. While the ambiance may be no-frills, the friendly service and affordable prices make Tommy Burgers a go-to spot for a delicious burger fix. Only issue I had was the 20-minute wait :-)

I’ve been to this location many times and had WONDERFUL, completely fine meals. This visit was unlike any other—it was disgusting and I’m not sure if I’ll ever be back. [For context: Ever since leaving CA, I prioritize hitting Tommy’s any time I’m within the radius. My dad grew up in LA, so I’ve been eating Tommy’s my whole life—often for breakfast on family trips. I have to-go chili (from another location) frozen in my cooler to take home with me. I’m very familiar and I love Tommy’s.] However this visit, I opened my burger and immediately thought “YUCK!” It was literally the worst Tommy’s burger I’ve ever seen (and ranks pretty high in the “worst looking burger ever” category). We all know Tommy’s chilly can be messy, this chili was runny, not the familiar thick texture. And somehow, despite being all over the paper, there was still not enough of it to really taste the chili or dip a couple fries in. The burger was, however, dripping a watery substance…probably from the pickles or tomatoes, but still, an unfamiliar experience, and just gross… On top of that, there were not enough paper towels, and no bulk ketchup (only packets) or peppers available. The trays were broken in multiple places and the bathroom was DISGUSTING. It has always smelled, but this time there was no paper and it had clearly not been cleaned in an embarrassing amount of DAYS. I understand the challenges of employee shortages, but this felt beyond. Clearly the attention to quality and customer experience has majorly slipped. Management/owners should be concerned. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION until they get their act together. Today totally ruined something that is usually is a “destination”. At this point I just hope I make it home without getting sick...
