Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Stopped in for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty their chicken fingers are. Plenty of parking spaces close by and the restaurant is a good size with plenty of tables both inside and outside. The restaurant itself appears to be well maintained and did not see any discrepancies in the location, except some of the tables had not been cleaned, including the one we sat at, which meant we had to wipe it down ourselves before eating. The service staff was very attentive and responsive to our needs and the chicken fingers were delicious as well as the coleslaw. Located right off St. Rose Parkway and very close to St. Rose Hospital. Would have given this location “5” stars if it was not for the dirty tables inside the restaurant.

The food is delicious, but their customer service is what truly stands out. Employees always greet customers with smiles, even when it's the morning of March 9, 2025, and you place an order just minutes before 2 am, forgetting that clocks move forward an hour. Thank you for being so kind as to hold the door open and hand me my order as I apologize for forgetting that Daylight Savings Time exists.

I don’t usually do these types of reviews but … All I gotta say is , the customer service here , especially from Travis, would make me want to come back again to this exact location. Food was also spectacular ! Someone come give this man a raise! Being in the industry of customer service and hiring, I’ll tell you right now it’s hard to find someone with : the energy , good customer interaction, and actually giving a damn . So props to Travis! See yall soon !
