Not gonna lie, but haven't had Carl's Jr in a while, but I went In today, I got me a big carl, and I'll be honest, that was the best burger I had in a while. The quality of the food was beyond amazing. The store was clean, and the General Manager Andrea with good customer service and good leadership with her team. All well done to team effort. Good quality food.

Need my money back! Stopped here after kids dr appointment quickly to eat something before going back to work. I do not have money to waist like this either; just wanted a sandwich because I have no time otherwise today. I barely have time to rant on here. At about 10:08am on August 28th 2024 I Ordered on mobile app $17.75 for a biscuit sandwich with sausage &egg and a 9 piece chicken stars with a medium drink and medium fries (that I had quickly downloaded) went through drive through, picked up food, parked to separate my kids chicken stars and fries. Went back in because my breakfast sandwich was missing. Was given the sandwich right way. Drove away. Went to take a bite 5 minutes later and it was rock hard on the biscuit as you can see in pics below. Was thinking about taking the biscuit off and then transferring the rest to a English muffin but figured if the quality was that bad I should not eat any of it.
