Basically what you expect from a fast food place this day and age. Paying more for less. Burgers are smaller, chili dogs have less chili, etc. One word of warning, if you enjoy getting additions to your drinks like Sweet Cream, don’t bother with this location. Three separate instances I’ve ordered a drink with Sweet Cream, and been left wondering if they actually put any in. I’ve been reassured they have, but what they consider “regular” is definitely at least half of what every other Sonic location considers “regular”

If I could give zero stars I would, but I can’t. I ordered a pretty big meal for my family back in August. Spent over $70. It was a treat as we hardly ever eat out. Upon picking up our order ( we ordered via app) and getting home we noticed that almost every single burger we ordered was made wrong. Paid for bacon for some, got none. Asked for no onion and pickles on some, got them anyways. The “Smash” burgers were still unacceptably pink on the inside. Fries were limp and cold, onions rings were burnt, and the tator tots were falling apart. I tried calling to speak to the manager but no one ever answered the phones. Tried looking up a number on google only to be met with a “text us” number. Which I have texted and spoke with MANY different CSR since that day. The first one said that it was “unacceptable” and was going to get me a refund. However, it needed to be approved first. That was 2 months ago. I finally got tired of trying to get our money back, and just gave up. But if you order from this location just be weary. You may have great service or you may not. You may get great food, or you may get food poisoning. So dine with caution!! I never got my refund and we threw almost all the food away that night, wasting my time, energy and money.

If you want sonic, maybe try your luck at another location nearby. My friends and I got to sonic and ordered a normal amount of food, 1 combo or item per person. We were missing 2 items, received a banana milkshake instead of a vanilla one, and we asked for a burger with only cheese, and it came with nothing on it, according to the screen it looked ok, but whoever was taking our order was inputting it strangely, so it was hard to follow. They swapped the milkshake, but they didn't seem interested in correcting our order or fixing the other issues, we had to order again.
