My appp froze up so I ordered again. The manager was great. Refunded my second order. Still I didn't get my tacos. Maybe my fault for not checking but someone should be checking that everything is there. Don't want to be a complainer. Just pay attention.

My bar was low, but my first experience with this chain dropped the ball on literally everything. No redeeming quality, whatsoever. Fast food should be deliciously unhealthy. This was just downright unpleasant with nothing to hide the absolute lack of any interest to even try to serve a satisfying meal. -Burger and bun is dried out and tasteless. I threw it away halfway through. -App offered me a free milkshake (only reason I went here). Arrived to hear “Milkshakes aren’t available at night.” Great. -Specifically requested 4x ketchup. Got nothing but hot sauce. Freakin hot sauce for my fries? -Fries tasted old and dried out anyway. Not enjoyable. It’s like they scraped the bottom of yesterday’s batch and then microwaved it. Sheesh. I expect almost nothing from fast food bu greasy, fatty food. And this chain managed to be worse. Get your house in order.
