I got scammed out of over hundred dollars. I placed my order on the app and it said “UH OH” SOMETHING WENT WRONG TRY AGAIN. So I paid again with a different form of payment and I was charged TWICE for over $211. I attempted cooperate office the number is not real. I attempted THE STORE 285 N Mccarren blvd. I was sent to district who won’t help me he said call cooperate. He gave me the same number. I’m a General manager myself, SOMEONE CAN HELP ME but they refuse

This location seriously needs to figure out when its lobby is gonna be open. The posted hours are 6:30a-10p seven days a week. It is 6:47a today Sunday 2/9/25 and the doors are locked. An employee inside looked at me and shrugged her shoulders then ran away to the back to hide out of my view. I’ve also gone well before 10p to find the doors locked over an hour early. I don’t have a car. I can’t just use the drive thru. Either stick to your posted hours or change the hours that are posted.

My husband and I tried eating in the restaurant area and from the moment we sat down we were continuously having to brush flies away from us at the table, around our food, and on the window. I don't recommend eating inside, the food was decent and the young girl at the counter was great at customer service.
