I ordered online and when I got there they told me they didn’t have part of our order so we asked for the refund on that and they told us no. So the manger lily then forgot to give us part of our order we drive back and the chef is eating the food that was supposed to be ours. I then called and asked for a full refund because my burger was cold and the meat looked very old. I talked to the manger Silvia who then argued with me and told she will not give me a refund for my food. So this places sucks so save your money and don’t go

I just left this Carls Jr through the drive thru and I have to tell you that the young man (I wish I got his name) who took my order was absolutely wonderful. I wasn't sure what to get, as I normally get lunch, he gave me suggestions and was just so helpful and personable. I honestly can't tell you the last time going through the drive thru made a lasting impression, he absolutely gets 5 stars!
