I used the drive-through. I have a special order that I've ordered before. I noticed that it wasn't correct, so went back in to fix it. They said they can't do what I asked - yet I order it all of the time and never have a problem. They weren't even nice telling me no. If they weren't so rude, it wouldn't have been a big deal.

Normally come to eat and don’t have a problem but i had a incident a young man that was a manger that didn’t want to let a older Hispanic lady use the bathroom & started to yell and threatened the lady to call the cops for trying to use there bathrooms. And the older lady has already spent $25 so she was already a costumer. If I could put a 0 start I would with the way he handle the situation

I like Jack in the box but this location has problems. Last night a man at the drive thru was incredibly rude to me while ordering, interrupting me during my order and getting frustrated when I tried to finish my sentence
