Got order wrong, then added 8 oz of sauce on burger making it unable to be eaten. Got money back, but manager was on break, had to wait 10 minutes

I don’t usually do reviews, but I went through the drive-through in the nighttime and the shift lead Vince was awesome and made my day. I do HVAC and I’ve had a long day and he was kind enough to keep a positive attitude throughout the whole time my dude is Friendly and Kind. McDonald’s might Not for everyone, but at least I personally have a McDonald’s that cares. Keep up the good work My Guy, Bros like you make the world a better place. 👌
