Typically McDonald's is an okay place for fast food, but today I stopped by for a soft-serve vanilla cone and I wouldn't recommend a visit here for ice cream. Their portions are ridiculously small. I've gone to other branches where they will fill the ice cream to the edges of the cone this was just sad, an embarrassment for a cone. Save your 2.58 and go elsewhere instead. I wouldn't recommend.

Today on August 20th 2024 at 5:40 my son broke his cup by accident and I explained to him that my kid just cracked his cup by accident and he's 6 years old and was wondering if I could just get a replacement cup. The guy looked at me and said no. I said even though after I just spent 50 bucks here and the food wasn't that great. He couldn't replace a 6-year-old's cup. Never going to this McDonald's ever again. I'd avoid this place. Place was dirty filthy and the service was horrendous. Also, they didn't know. I understand Spanish very well and they were talking about a lot of the customers there in Spanish.

Went for a quick bite with the wife, and her order was missed completely. We were in a rush to get to our location, so we did not notice until that time. once we noticed, we attempted to call and received no response. Left a message and no reply. No one likes the idea of paying for an item an not receiving said item. That's not just a mistake. Blatant ignorance of the issue is theft.
