Highly unprofessional staff. Placed a mobile order approximately 11:30pm. Got told that the grill was down but to pull up to second window. I was then completely ignored as several staff members chatted, played on their phones, sat around chatting, basically doing NOTHING! No one even acknowledged me at the window for over ten minutes. Crew appeared disgusted and upset they had to make food for an order during posted business hours.

hands down, the BEST burger king i have ever had. Not only did i have a large and complicated order, but it was also in the middle of a rush. they did not mess up a single thing and everything was SO good.

Got food today my French fries were basically still raw the bacon on my sandwich didn’t seem cooked at all. They tried to keep my sauces that I now have to pay for and they were all very rude taking to customers. Management hirer than just store management needs to go in there and fix this it’s going to ruin Burger King for a lot of people
