The food was excellent. They didn't really fill up the ketchup dispenser when it went empty but that's because it was probably so busy. My first time ever going to five guys and I was pleased with everything.

Let me start by saying order small. The serving sizes are very generous. A small order of fries is easily enough for two people. The burgers are also double patties so keep that in mind when ordering. My son ordered a milkshake today and he loved it! Very rich and filling as well. The service was good considering when we went they were very busy. The gentleman who took our order was very polite and made it fun for my son to order his own meal! If I had to knock one star down it would be for the music being a little too loud to enjoy our dinner conversation. Thats more of a personal preference so not a huge knock at all. Overall, if you are looking for a good burger in the Capital Region, look no further than 5 guys.
