Well, where to begin. Let's start with the "Combo Meal" that AUTOMATICALLY comes with one side and a fountain drink; why do they insist on asking "Do you want a drink with that?" OF COURSE I do! IT COMES WITH IT! Then, when I get the cup (for the drink), it is half the size of what it used to be. Thank Heavens that I ate in the dining room, so I could refill the drink. I can only imagine how many drive thru customers are screwed when they receive a drink half the size. No Butter available for the potatoes. Now let's talk price - Holy Crap! $27.00 for two meals! I will definitely think twice before going to ANY Popeye's again. Plus, I noticed the portions have gotten smaller as well (especially with the chicken tenders). Oh Well, live and learn.

To the owner of the franchise, I have tried multiple times to reply back to you and unable because this is not a sufficient address to reply to. First; I was automatically charged $1.00 for a fundraiser fee WITHOUT being asked! I didn’t say anything, I waited till my order was packed and asked where my dessert was until I realize that it was available on the next purchase Before the timeframe ends. I asked why I was not even asked to donate and the girl said well I could take it off if you want me too, and I said that is fine. Leave it there, but that is completely wrong and seems almost illegal to automatically charge somebody without saying anything! I Purchased the 16 piece large family meal for $51.99 I thought I would be getting 4 legs, 4 thighs, 4 wings and 4 breasts; WHAT I RECEIVED was 5 thighs, 5 wings and 4 drumsticks, 2 breasts! I took pictures of everything and called the location, asked to speak to the manager, who said I was speaking directly with him and said his name was Hesus? I explained everything that happened and he said that they have the right to change my order if they don’t have what is readably available I said not one thing was mentioned to me as I’m standing in front of them. This in my eyes is stealing money from me, including the automatic donation, which I would never have a problem with donating if I was asked to! He kept trying to justify that they have the right and I said no you do not have the right and he said will come back in and we will give you the correct order and I said I will never be back to your location and I do not trust These kind of actions, I will take my business elsewhere. I have always loved Popeyes, but it will be at a different location on my way home from work from a not for profit organization so yes, I do believe in donating as he wanted to argue with me on the phone, and I could’ve asked to have it taken off, but it automatically goes on the bill as told again! And please do not insult my intelligence by copying and pasting your response that you put on everyone else’s negative reviews!

Popeyes is hit or miss at this location. Sometimes the food is fresh, flavorful, and hot, but other times it’s lukewarm, dry, or just not up to par. Customer service can also be inconsistent—some days, the staff is friendly and efficient, while other times, service feels rushed or indifferent. The cleanliness of the dining area is another issue; it’s decent at times but could use more attention. When they get it right, the food is great, but the inconsistency makes it a gamble. Hoping for more 'hits' than 'misses' in the future!
