I'd love to leave a review, but nobody could be bothered to wait on us. First, only person visible was a kid cleaning tables did his best to ignore us. So we pressed the button (and heard it ding) on the counter for service. Nobody even bothered to look out the kitchen window. Table cleaning guy walks in the kitchen and come back out, still doesn't even acknowledge our presence. None of the half dozen people in the kitchen responded to us or the buzzer. Became readily apparent they weren't interested in our business. Not a great way to do business, but after looking at the other reviews it seems to be the standard rather than the exception.

Never get a stall they focus on drive-through and you will have to wait. When we did eventually get our food the worker was in such a rush to give it to us and go back inside. The wraps we ordered we tiny and had no sauce so I would only go there for the drinks if I ever went again.

Absolute joke. Have never had sonic,so my buddy and I stopped in to sonic in Latham to grab some lunch and we were going to sit and eat in the place. There was no one at the counter. So the people in front of us push a button for a buzzer to indicate that there is somebody waiting to order. Nobody came out. After 10 minutes of waiting we walked out. First and last time I go to a sonic
