Used to be a decent location now it’s a dump. 15 minutes to wait for cold food and missing food from order. How do you make a bacon double stack and a chicken Blt and have no bacon? Cheese fries cold stale and cheese not melted. The service is too slow and food is for the garbage. Don’t waste your $$ in the dump

They messed up our whole order. We ordered cheese baconators, and they came with no cheese or any bacon at all, no ketchup or anything else. They were all supposed to be all large. We got one large dink and 3 medium and 4 small fries. One was a ghost pepper sandwich, and it was just a bun and a piece of chicken and nothing else. I love Wendy's ❤️ and this was the worst I ever had.

I can deal with using a translation app to give my order. But all condiments are behind the counter, which makes you wait 10-15 minutes to get salt & ketchup so your fries are nice & cold by the time you get back to your table. The “chilli” tastes like meat water. I understand that they’re likely struggling, but the actions they’re taking are not helping them to retain any customers.
