Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted warmly by the staff, which set a positive tone for my visit. The ambiance was clean and welcoming, and I appreciated the efforts made to maintain a hygienic environment. I ordered the classic Big Mac meal, and I must say, it was prepared to perfection. The burger was fresh, and the fries were crispy and hot, just the way I like them. The service was prompt, and I didn't have to wait long for my order, which was a pleasant surprise given the lunchtime rush. However, I noticed that the drink station needed a bit of attention, as some of the dispensers were out of syrup. It would be great if this could be checked more frequently to enhance the customer experience. Overall, I had a great time and look forward to visiting again soon. I order curb side pick up to save time. They get my order wrong. I ordered a steak egg McGriddle and they give me pancakes with black on it and a nasty piece of chicken???? . When I wait in line forever to exchange it they tell me no I have to come in, but I am not. The manager was very rude never apologized, slammed the door in my face and made me wait 15 minutes for a refund. Didn’t even take my card until after ten minutes bc I re opened the window. She was screaming at me. Very unprofessional. Disgusting. Glad I wasted a total 40 minutes of my morning.
