I don’t understand the bad comments. I absolutely loved the food. Literally the best omelet I had in NY so far. And we had omelettes almost every morning since we arrived. And the cheeseburger was very tasty too as well as the fries. A bit expensive yes, but it’s Times Square. What did you expect ? The prices are still reasonable compared to other places around with way less tasty food. All in all, I’ll return this evening to have one of their salads.

Absolutely loved this place! Came here for a celebratory birthday lunch for my wife, along with her family visiting from Los Angeles! As you can see, the food was abundantly portioned (you get your monies worth!) AND the great taste was just as big! The hamburgers were juicy, and my father-in-law said afterwards, “You need to try the gyro. It was really good.” It was busy, but the staff were attentive through and through, asking if there were any questions to anyone looking like they needed assistance; usually you have to find someone to help, not here! They’re ready! Loved the open window/outdoor ambiance too. The tables were clean and anytime someone was finished, they were immediately cleaned for the next party! Truly a gem of a find, and can’t wait to go back and try their other items (their menu had so much to choose from)!

I’ve passed by this place so many times and was in a rush to get a quick bite before a show, so figured why not. You enter your order at a terminal and the first warning was some of the prices were higher than on the board behind the counter. After ordering though, it just seemed all the staff were hanging out and despite there being several other customers, nobody was working the grill. It got to the point I half expected them to tell me the grill was out of order. Finally one of the staff got to work though and I got my burger about 10 minutes later. And for the price, it wasn’t great. The meat was pretty flavorless and lacked the juicy crispiness you want to see im a smash burger. There so many great smash burgers in NYC - this place just seems to be coasting on its Times Square location.
