I ordered chicken gizzards and they DRENCHED them in their sauce like come on; now the gizzards is all soft and all I could taste was sauce. Disgusting!!

I purchased a10 wing dinner at 4:25pm and didn’t get my food until 5:20, no exaggeration. I watched 10 people that came in after me, order their food, get their food and leave before me. I only got my after I said something and it still took another 7 minutes for me to get my food. Those little cups that they have up front, I left a tip. I asked the woman what happened and all she could say was sorry. I told her and I’m not supposed to get upset. I told her y’all got to do better. I also told her that I’m never tipping again. Sorry just does work after waiting 55 minutes for my food. Who knows how long I would have waited if I would not have spoken up. This happened at the Mount Hope location. Country Sweet y’all got to do better. fr
