Worst plate I've ever had in Rochester. Asked for shaved steak, got a flavorless tough piece of steak slapped on top. There was a random piece of plastic mixed in. Gross couldn't even finish it

Edit: Whoever hacked my account and gave a 1 star report of Marks deserves to be punished in a proportional way (chill angry mob lol) Marks Texas Hots is the quiet, steady heartbeat of a city yearning for revival. As long as its doors remain open, so does the hope that Rochester can rise to its full potential—the opportunity for advancement is very high. I need someone to share my vision.and put it into a presentation that will attract people to the area.

We came here from Toronto Ontario to try out Marks Garbage plate. Holy smokes it is so good. The atmosphere is also pretty cool! The staff are friendly and the customers are characters lol. It's known that you'll see a fight or a domestic and it's true!!! It was amazing. 8.9/10 recommend
