Probably one of the better locations you’ll find in the inner city of Rochester… definitely makes it worth it getting McDonalds. They greet you, it’s clean and food comes in a timely manner, they also make sure everything is in the bag :-) W service if I must say

Jasmine embodies true customer service ethics, morality, and humanity. My bus was heading to Buffalo, but I was unboarded at Rochester, NY, at 5 AM. I searched on Google for the nearest McDonald's. It was very cold, but thanks to Jasmine, she let me in before McDonald's opening time. Although she had every right to refuse entry, instead she went above and beyond due to the harsh weather conditions. Thereafter, she served me breakfast and hot coffee while maintaining a clean environment. I noticed her regularly cleaning the floor and ensuring everything was spotless. She is a perfect employee. I wish her all the best and requesting to the McDonald's management team to consider promoting and retaining this gem in your team.

If i could give ZERO stars i would … i ordered delivery and spent $20+ and only recieved a soda in my bag ! Recieved none of the food i paid for ; this is not the first time i have this issue with this location , they never seem to care about customers deliveries … act like it coming out of your pockets when it us paying customers that are keeping your business going !
