My order came from McDonals on Monroe Ave Rochester ny. This not the first time I got a bad order from them. I had to re order the burgers because they didn't put no meat patty, they didn't add items I asked for. Food was cold, and u can taste the burnt on the bread from the reorder. The large fires was cold and look more like a medium fires instead. This came by door dash. Don't buy here.

This location has not improved. Ordered 2 apple pies with my order they informed were out and it was like a hardship or utter confusion for them to issue a refund. Finally they informed 1 minute left to fulfill the order. Are they just confused or just incompetentat...can management please provide some training or at least have a manager on duty during late night...so frustrating.

I come here often and this past visit was the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere EVER. The girl at the window told me I was lying that I was missing a sandwich. She asked for a receipt and I said “I just waited 20min for a mobile order can u please find it” she then ran away and I kid u not threw the sandwich at me in my car and said “here” and slammed the window and ran away. Did I flip her off? Yes. Will I be getting refunded for this bullshit? Yes
