Waiting for a pick up order and I have been here for an hour. That is the main problem with this specific McDonald’s is that it will take way too long to receive even the simplest of order and I have seen two cars move. Management need to take some kind of action this has not been going on just this one time it is multiple times and it’s actually consistent on how slow and under developed this long time establishment is.

Over an hour since I placed my delivery order, still never got my order delivered. When confronted that a different dasher stole my order, the restaurant refused to remake the order when given proof it was stolen and not delivered to the correct customer. Now forced to cancel and refund my order and don't even get to eat my food. And worst of all, all I ordered was small sprite with no ice, and cookie tote of 13 cookies. No reason for them to refuse to remake my order that I paid for and never received. As someone who works food service for the past 2 years, this behavior from this location is completely unacceptable.

I am a door dash driver and I sat(as did 9 other people) for 45 MINUTES for the customers food and when I received from employee it was cold to the touch. They employees were sluggish,no care or effort in anything they did. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to!!!! DO NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS YOU WANT COLD FOOD AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
