I came in there Through the drive-throughand I Ordered double Steak on my potatoes. I bring it home and it’s beef.. I called the manager to have it corrected and she blamed me and says well maybe she didn’t hear you ..and I said She definitely heard me cause I repeated it to her twice, and she repeated it back to me..she said well ,why didn’t you look at the screen? I hung up and came back to the restaurant…she tried to Deny that she had an attitude with me on the phone and tried to Argue with me again.. Then I said ma’am, can you please just make my food over… She walks away, makes the food come back and throws it on the counter and say have a good day.. Now this is the third time they’ve gotten my order wrong… The manager has a very nasty attitude..

Have to update this rating. Many years ago, this was a great location. Quick, friendly service that consistently made the food right. Now, none of that remains. Consistently missing items or incorrectly made food. Some of the worst sized crunchwraps possible. Avoid this location unless you desire disappointment.

Before I say anything, Jerry is great. Fantastic, high energy worker who seems to try and rally the team to be positive. Otherwise, this place is an excruciatingly slow experience. So far, my lunches have been spent waiting for my food and watching employees not rally around to get things made with any efficiency, while one associate tries to hold the whole place together. The company ought to invest in their employees, payroll and quality. With proper training, expectations and giving a damn about your employees, businesses can be successful.
