While the restaurant itself appears to be pretty new and they've replaced the previous staff that appeared intoxicated at times, the food STILL takes forever to be prepared both at the drive thru and inside the restaurant. Here's a Pic of the "Big Fish" I received. Not only is it not big it was either burnt or old. I went on ahead and ate what I could without choking on the hard bits to avoid a second trip to the counter for the cheese I requested. Mind you, I only took two bites before I had to capture it as a reminder NOT to order this again. Here. While understand the smaller size is more cost effective, they could not overcook it. I and most people I know avoid this location because aside from the wait, you just never know if you're going to get what you pay for.

We were waiting food for 20 min, it came cold, half order not even there. Stuff totally unfriendly, didn't even understand what is missing even when we show them bill. I love BK, but this one is like from twilight zone. No trey, no mayo, no onion rings..

This place has been on the constant decline for the past few years. Ordering just one sandwich takes a really long time have made. Every time! With the prices, how can it be compelling to come back here
