Update: Visited this Shack location again and they didn't disappoint. Burger, fries and lemonade were excellent as was the service. Tried their Double Bourbon Bacon Shack burger. Definitely satisfied my Shack craving, as did the shake. This location is nice and well maintained. Highly recommended to satisfy your Shack craving while holiday shopping!

Dear Shake Shack Management, I visited the Cross County Shake Shack on [2/16/25] at 9:20 PM, well before the posted closing time of 10:30 PM. However, upon arrival, I noticed that half of the chairs in the dining area were already put up. When my party and I requested to dine in, we were informed that we could not do so because, once the chairs were up, staff were “not allowed” to put them down. I was disappointed by this experience, as I believe customers should be able to dine in until the stated closing time. If there is an earlier cutoff for seating, it would be helpful to have this clearly communicated in-store or online to avoid confusion. I would appreciate any clarification on this policy and hope that steps can be taken to ensure a more accommodating experience for future guests.

Tried the Shack Stack burger at Shake Shack and it's a winner! The mushroom and cheese combo is next level. It's fast food, but dang, it's good! Knocking off one star because some of the employees were yakking it up a bit too loudly while we were there. But hey, if you're in for some tasty eats, this burger is where it's at!
